I looked back at your art, and I have to say that you should try and practice more on your drawing skills and perhaps post something worthy to the Art Portal.
They are not hating it because they hate you, they just don't like what they see. You should take that criticism and ratings to heart and see ways to improve your art, so hopefully you'll get the ratings you want.
